At Waverley Mills, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our Australian-made textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new blanket or throw isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unwashed condition with all Waverley Mills tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned textile at our mill, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
